Always Know Who Is Doing What

EvantoDesk solves the problems of sharing an email address (such as info@mycompany.com) between two or more team members in a number of intuitive ways. Firstly, each ticket can be assigned to a member of the team and/or a group of team members (e.g. the sales team or the accounts team) with a simple click.

Secondly, if a customer communication requires input from more than one team member, a note can quickly be added to the ticket which will alert the required colleague(s). Just think how time-consuming this can be using email software - you'd need to forward the email and/or call/speak to your colleague(s).

Thirdly, if another team member is viewing the same ticket, or replying or adding a note to it, you'll instantly get alerted on the screen. This prevents duplicating work and/or the customer getting replies from two different agents.
